1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of web development services provided by Crumbls, LLC ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you ("Client" or "you") agree to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Services

We provide web development services including but not limited to website design, development, maintenance, and related consulting services as agreed upon in individual project contracts or statements of work.

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

• All projects will be clearly defined in writing before work begins
• Any changes to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing
• Additional work beyond the original scope will be billed at our standard rates

3.2 Timeline and Deliverables

• Project timelines will be established at project initiation
• Deliverables will be specified in individual project agreements
• Delays caused by client response times or feedback will extend project timelines accordingly

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

• Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before website launch
• Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge

9. General Provisions

9.1 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of agreement.

9.2 Independent Contractor

Provider is an independent contractor, not an employee. Provider is responsible for own taxes and benefits.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of Boulder County, Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or written notification to clients.
